Meu script carrega o comando1(arquivo1) e salva a primeira coluna de todas as linhas em um vetor, posteriormente ele vai procurar cada substring desse vetor em um arquivo 2(do comando2). O problema é que o arquivo 1 possui cerca de 3.000.000.000 de linhas e o arquivo 2 possui cerca de 25.000.000.000 de linhas. Logo precisava de um programa que fosse o mais rápido possível.
