Laravel 5 whereRaw retorna erro mas a query final é executada corretamente no postgres

Question

Está retornando o seguinte erro quando executo a minha query usando o whereRaw: SQLSTATE[42P18]: Indeterminate datatype: 7 ERROR: could not determine data type of parameter $2.

O trecho de código responsável por esse erro é o abaixo:

Mas, no erro retornado, quando eu copio a exata query e executo no client do postgres, eu não obtenho nenhum erro e ela retorna os valores corretamente.
