Como retornar uma valor de uma coluna checked?

Estou tentando pega o ID da linha selecionada com :checked porém não estou conseguindo.

É bom ressaltar que com o JavaScript moderno, podemos fazer muitas coisas (tudo, na verdade) com mais facilidade que o jQuery.
