Undefined index ao buscar registros do banco de dados

Question

Criei um código que faz com que selecione todos os REWARDS do banco de dados, calcule e de um resultado.

Não foi definido o index total_earned verifique se o nome do campo na tabela do seu db está igual a 'reward_qty'.

tente alterar o stmt para

$stmt = $con->prepare("SELECT SUM(reward_qty) AS total_earned FROM public_rewards WHERE client_id = :uid AND reward_type = 'exp' LIMIT 0, 12");
  $stmt->bindParam('uid', $_SESSION['u_id'], PDO::PARAM_INT);
  $stmt->execute();
  $stmt->bind_result($uid);
  $stmt->store_result();
