Como carregar JS corretamente com Ember?

Tô tentando configurar esse template http://wrapbootstrap.com/preview/WB0048JF7 em um projeto com Ember, entretanto, a biblioteca principal nifty.js não está carregando o elemento .mega-dropdown (menu topo) e o elemento #mainnav (menu lateral). Meu ember-cli-build.js está assim:

Não sei como fazer com que o Ember de carga, mas, se executo no console $('.mega-dropdown').niftyMega(); o menu passa a funcionar..

Como posso fazer o ember carregar o js para que tudo fique clicavel igual ao template do exemplo??????

Você pode executar o código $('.mega-dropdown').niftyMega(); no hook didInsertElement() do seu componente.
