1

pergunta simples:

Com o codigo abaixo eu estimo Filtro de Kalman com um componente AR(1). O objetivo é sair no vetor k_fk. Quando eu tenho apenas um vetor é simples. Mas eu preciso rodar o mesmo codigo para diversos vetores. Esses vetores eu reuni, como colunas, em uma matriz chama Matrix_FK.

Eu quero rodar o Filtro de Kalman abaixo para todas as colunas dessa Matriz e, em seguida, colocar cada k_fk referente a cada coluna em uma outra Matriz vazia que eu crio. Eu consigo fazer mas de maneira separada, ou seja, eu repito todo o codigo abaixo 5 vezes! Fica muito grande. Gostaria de alguma sugestão que deixasse o código mais elegante.

Eu não estou conseguindo trabalhar usando for e as funções optim.

Se você possui uma função que recebe um vetor como input e retorna um outro vetor como output você pode sempre utilizar o apply. Isso serve para qualquer função.

Por exemplo, começando bem simples. COnsidere a função definida abaixo:

funcao <- function(x) {
  x[1:10] <- x[1:10] + 1
  return(x)
}

Ela pega um vetor x e soma 1 em cada um de seus 10 primeiros elementos. Se você possuir a matriz:

Agora, você pode complicar a sua funcao, da forma que você quiser. Desde que ela receba um vetor como input e retorne também vetor. Imagina que você quer encontrar o parâmetro a que minimiza a soma de (x - a)^2 para todo o vetor. a pode ser interpretado pela média de x. Em seguida você quer dividir cada elemento de x pelo valor encontrado de a.

Você poderia definir uma função:

funcao <- function(x) {
  funcao_obj <- function(par, x){
    sum((par[1] - x)^2)
  }
  otm <- optim(par = c(1), funcao_obj, x = x, method = "BFGS")$par
  x <- round(x/otm[1],2)
  return(x)
}

E usar o apply, da mesma forma:

Se sua função otimizar dentro de optim é funcao_otimazarei, pode resolver usando lapply e sapply (onde uma função, que usualmente retorna diversas estruturas de dados, é aplicada a cada coluna).

  • Robert, um detalhe: percebi que quando eu chamo otimizados todos os parâmetros otimizados[[i]]$par são iguais. Acho que ele não está conseguindo puxar de cada coluna da Matriz Matrix_FK.

  • Altere sua função otimizar definindo yt = matrix(yt, nrow = 1) e não yt = matrix(Matrix_FK[,1], nrow = 1).
