Com quebrar uma string base64 e atribuir a campos inputs

Question

Eu tenho uma string de base64 muito grande e preciso quebra lá em multiplus de até 20 mil caracteres para não da erros ao enviá-la via campo hidden. Cada pedaço quebrado sera enviado em inputs separados e não pode criar o input via javascript, já terei eles na tela fixo. Cerca de 4 inputs.
