Passar um id por um checkbox no Angular 5

Question

Preciso passar um id através de um método em um form quando meu checkbox for marcado. Ja tentei de varias maneiras sem nenhum resultado.

Abaixo segue o codigo

Basta utilizar o ngModelChange no input.
