Projeto Google App Engine Python funciona no localhost mas dá erro no server

Question

Meu projeto está rodando perfeitamente no localhost mas quando faço deploy e acesso dá o seguinte erro: Eis o meu código:

O que eu sei que bibliotecas externas precisam ser inseridas no projeto, uma pasta lib por exemplo, e a pasta referenciada no arquivo appengine_config.py.

Exemplo:
