Olá, eu estou usando o LARAVEL e gostaria de fazer um relacionamento da tabela de MUNICÍPIOS QUE contém o ESTADO_ID. O ESTADO_ID será relacionado com o ESTADO_ID da tabela de ESTADOS.

Estou usando o Laravel e gostaria de fazer um relacionamento da tabela de municipios que contém o estado_id. O estado_id será relacionado com o estado_id da tabela de estados.
