Preciso apresentar dados climáticos durante um período de avaliação, porém a lapsos temporais, conforme observado na Figura 1, utilizando os dados (exe2) e o script (1). Naturalmente o ggplot plota o eixo x como dados contínuos, preciso seja criado (cortes) para aproximar os períodos (Figura 2), e ou elimine mesmo esses espaços.

Uma possível maneira de resolver o problema é com facet_*. O gráfico é divido em três, um para cada grupo. Para isso cria-se uma variável faceta. Os breaks são omitidos uma vez que dias$Time não está na pergunta.

  • Pois é, até pensei, e ainda omitir os strip, mas como esse é so um exemplo nos dados reais, ficaria o grupo 1 com 30 dias, o 2 com 10, e o 3 com 3, dias, na hora de plotar, a parte do grupo 1 ficaria "espremida" em relação aos demais, eu gostaria de algo com melhor fluidez.     Substitua o facet_wrap... por facet_grid(~ faceta, scales = "free_x", space = "free_x"). Assim cada faceta terá largura proporcional ao comprimento do eixo X. 29/03/2021 às 18:29
